Design
Sometimes Projects become weighed down during the design process by concepts that fail to understand a space or to employ the most current approach to providing essential building services. Archer can provide design review services to insure that every element of the structural, architectural, and MEP design have been planned to produce the most economical building. We will also provide guidance towards meeting the requirements of building codes, and environmental sustainability. As an Energy Star Partner, we are proficient in the panning of energy conscious design and delivery.
Inspection
Archer provides consulting services for owners, contractors, and other construction managers who would like to have their site audited for Safety and OSHA compliance on a multi-employer project. Archer is also an AWCI and State of N.J. licensed Special Inspector of Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS). We can review EIFS details, and monitor the progress of EIFS work for compliance. We also provide forensic reports.
Construction
Archer, and its partners, are experienced in the planning and execution of construction using a variety of modern building material. Even some that are not so modern.
