Cesar D. Ramos has been managing construction projects for over 10 years. He has been dealing directly with Government Agencies, serving as a liaison between Austral Construction and its major clients. Cesar has quickly grounded himself into this industry and been able to manage multiple projects at once. Working a balanced mix of “In the field” and “in the office” Cesar Jr. has been key in securing our construction teams needs, while satisfying all client requisitions.
