Since 1978, starting out in the family construction business, Lehigh Construction Inc, Mr. Mazzucca has spent more than 35 years as Construction Manager or General Contractor for a wide range of construction projects. Projects have included Medical Facilities, Schools, Scattered Site Housing, Seniors Housing, Luxury Condominiums, Luxury Apartments, Fair Market Housing, Renovations and Adaptive Reuse of Commercial Properties.

In 2001, Mr. Mazzucca started Archer Consulting. Archer’s mission was to provide Construction Management specifically suited for building contractors. The concept was to provide a complete management unit that could replace a contractors own field operations. The product was well received, and Archer has been hired to manage many difficult or troubled projects that needed special help. Archer has managed the construction of construction Hospital facilities, Hotels, Schools, Fire Stations, Police Stations, Public Pools, Theaters, and Apartment Buildings. One of the projects managed by Archer won the client ENR’s 2004 Best of Schools award, and the International Masonry Institutes Golden Trowel Award for excellence in Masonry Construction. In 2011, Archer redesigned the Union Square apartment building to include replicable energy efficient systems. The building was awarded acceptance as an Energy Star Building.

In addition to Construction Management, Mr. Mazzucca is certified by the Air Barrier Association of America as an Air Barrier Auditor, and is certified by the AWCI, and licensed by the State of N.J. to perform inspection of Exterior Insulation Finish Systems. Together with his son and partner, Michael Mazzucca, Archer is building a solid reputation as a consultant for building envelope design and Quality Control.
